The hotel is in a residential quarter with many restaurants and bars and within walking distance of many of the main tourist attractions including the Acropolis.

The host was very nice and helpful. The main tourist attractions are in 30 minutes walking distance. The neighbourhood is ok. You have to be lucky to get a free parking space close to the apartment but there are plenty of paid parking places close by. The apartment has good wifi, big tv, the bed is comfy, kitchen has everything you need, bathroom is great. I would definitely book it again if I revisit Athens.

It was clean and full of everything one might need for their stay. The location is very close to the city center and buses. It is big enough for two or even three guests, and the decoration was beautiful. The hosts were very kind and helpful, they waited for our late check in and stayed in contact the whole time.

Based on the reviews, I expected it to be good, but it exceeded my expectations on all fronts. The location is very convenient, within walking distance from the city center, in a lively area with plenty of nice cafes and shops. The building is new and modern, and all the flats are beautifully furnished with every detail considered—from a daily supply of bottled water to dryer racks. I also enjoyed spending time on the balcony, which is huge and provides ample shade. The host and staff were incredibly nice and always ready to assist whenever we needed anything. Overall, we spent a week in this apartment, and we couldn’t have wished for a better place to stay in Athens.

Location was very good. 15 minutes walking distance from Syntagma square. Very clean. The hostess offered us transportation for getting to the airport on the day of departure, at a very reasonable price.
