Having returned after 10 days to the Glarros, I felt like I was returning home. The exceptional staff at the front desk and in the Gastromania restaurant were so very welcoming. Megi, the front desk manager and her wonderful staff including Luka and Anri treated me like royalty, going out of their way to accommodate my requests. Again, Tata and George in the Gastromania restaurant were so kind and generous to me, spoiling me like a child! Breakfast was brilliant as always with the staff providing perfect food and service. I apologize for not being able to list specific names but they were quite exceptional. Last but certainly not least, again Maia, head of housekeeping, was so kind, friendly and efficient. One couldn't ask for a nicer employee who always made me feel so welcome. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!!! You'll always be warmly remembered.

Well located in the centre of Tbilisi City, TbiliSee Hotel provides air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, free private parking and room service. The Reataurant member Sasha was very polite and helpful , making our breakfast experience very positive. The reception members were also very helpful as they managed to relocate us to another room. Great hotel and great staff, will be back for sure!

Set close to Narikala Fortress which was established in 4th century, this hotel in Tbilisi is just 5 minutes’ walk from the fortress. It offers air-conditioned rooms with a flat-screen TV. We liked absolutely everything: The personnel is amazing, kind, always helpful, speaks georgian, russian, english The view of the city The breakfast! From 8 to 11. A great variety of food - eggs, sausages, vegetables, salads, adjika, sausages, croissants, they make coffee of your choice (both latte and capuchinho were great), the menu slightly changes from day to day but we always had something to fill our stomachs with and feel ourselves like in a restaurant! They even made georgian salad one morning that was better than in several restaurants we visited :) The hotel is the closest building to the Citadel. You can also start and end your day by a trip on the funicular to/from the city centre. To achieve that just take a short 10min hike up the stairs in the mountain and use the transport card (the one-way cost was 2.5 lari in Jan 2023). An amazing experience that we’ve never had in other cities. The Internet was stable and fast enough for me, I did manage to successfully hold a zoom meeting with it. There were soaps, shower gels, shampoos, tea, coffee refilled every day; slippers; a free crib was very convenient for our 4yo child The room was warm enough, the bed was very comfortable There was no dust under the bed! Everyday cleaning, it was so clean that we even noticed that. We had a room on the second floor. We want to return here again in the summer :)

The hotel is located in a very strategic location, making it easy to visit all the main sights by comfortable walking distance. They even offer transfer to and from the airport. During my time in Tbilisi, this little hotel turned out to be a great place to stay... and also to make new friends!
