The hotel is well located in the old town close to Liberty Square. Really a good point to begin the visit of the wonderful Tbilisi. The structure is quite new. Room has all necessary and the bathroom is spacious with the shower comfortable and really well done. The staff is kind and welcoming. So I have found all perfect in my experience. If you want the breakfast could be improved a little bit, but is ok. Anyway, based on my experience I feel to recommend this place.

Close to Liberty Square, near a lot of cafes, grocery stores, subway station. But the most important thing is the hospitable, responsive hotel owner and his staff. We consider that we were very lucky with the choice of hotel. Room cleaning, towel change, clean linen - all at the highest level. Any request was fulfilled promptly.

A very clean new hotel in a quiet part of central Tblissi. The room is spacious with clean bathroom. The balcony looks to the hillside nearby and we enjoyed keeping the balcony windows open to enjoy the cool breeze. The staff was lovely and helpful. We arrived too late at night to go to restaurants, so the kind receptionist helped us order food delivery and delivered it up to our room. It was so nice to comeback to our peaceful room after spending the day sightseeing.

Set close to Narikala Fortress which was established in 4th century, this hotel in Tbilisi is just 5 minutes’ walk from the fortress. It offers air-conditioned rooms with a flat-screen TV. Reception works 24/7 and receptionists are very friendly , gave us some advice. My room wasn’t really ready when I arrived ( at 6 am) . It had trash in the small bin and no toothpaste. Next day everything was perfectly clean . Food was delicious . The fact that they say everything by themselves ( salads , bakery and etc ) is amazing

Well situated in the centre of Tbilisi City, Hotel Zerta Old Tbilisi offers air-conditioned rooms, a garden, free WiFi and a shared lounge. The room was exactly the same as pictures, surprisingly. Quality linens and the bed was comfortable. There was no elevator, it might be troubled if you have lots of luggages. But the location is the best if you love walking around old town. By the way, breakfast was so good!

Located in Tbilisi City and with Freedom Square reachable within 300 metres, Makmani Boutique Hotel provides express check-in and check-out, allergy-free rooms, a garden, free WiFi throughout the... The staff was super polite! Even though we arrived earlier than check-in time, our room was already ready! We also checked out very early in the morning and they gave us "breakfast boxes" to take with us at the airport !
