The staff at reception was excellent. Nato and Rati were very warm and friendly. They advised and helped with everything. Room extension for a few hours (return flight delayed) was very smooth. Location was perfect, we loved the balcony and the friendliest dog Tetri. Sandro was a very helpful host with a lot of great recommendations. Parking space in the centre is also very useful.

The hotel is situated in a great location within a beautiful ancient building right in the heart of the old city. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a local touch. One of my personal favorites was the enormous arched window in our room, which created a cozy sitting area that served as a perfect reading nook. In the evenings, there was live music from the neighboring restaurant, which added to the atmosphere without being disruptive. Overall, the hotel was very quiet and we had a pleasant stay.
