We have stayed at many 4 and 5 stars hotels around the world and by far this is in my top 10 best experience. The value is incredible. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! If you get the chance, then have a talk with Sally in the spa - she is such a gem! ❤️ Never have I meet a more genuine person. She pretty much told everything we needed to know about Tbilisi, where to go, what to see, food to eat and everything in between 👏 So your first stop in Tbilisi, should be to go see Sally in Marjan. Oh and by the way: Hands down the best cleaning staff in the world. We have never experienced in any other hotel to come back to our room and fell like they did a deep clean of everything. Very satisfied. The breakfast buffet has eggs in all kinds of different ways, different meat and cheese, olives, fruit, yoghurt, soup, rice, vegetables, bagels, donuts, cake, delicious croissants, good coffee and tea selection. The beds are comfortable. Not extremely soft, but just right amount of soft. Luckily not rock hard as other hotels. Also a reason we kept extending our stay here. Bonus info: this is the first hotel we have stayed at where the sauna can actually get very hot. Like 120 degree if you want 🔥👏 I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown.
