The location is ideal, with easy access to major attractions. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel maintained a very high standard throughout. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Mariami and Tamta, who made my stay more enjoyable with their outstanding service. Overall, a great experience with excellent amenities, and I highly recommend this hotel.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in! It's atmospheric and cozy. The room is comfortable, with good furniture, а soft carpet underfoot, and plenty of sockets, including some hidden ones. The bathroom is great too, nice water tap in the shower, and bidet built into the toilet. The breakfasts in restaurant are tasty and quite varied.

The staff is amazing, especially Irma that was so kind! and gave us a gift to remember Georgia while back to Portugal. Will never forget the stay here. The room was very comfortable and I got it for a great price which is a plus.

Generally this property is a place with great value I’ll def recommend to friends who come to Tbilisi.

A beautiful boutique hotel in a stunning historic building with an exceptional team who goes above and beyond to ensure guests have a lovely stay. Hand-written welcome note in the room. Excellent communication before and during the stay, help with reservations. Beautifully appointed room, heavenly bed, plush bathrobes, great products in the bathroom. The entire property smells divine. Exceptionally quiet despite being in the heart of the city. Great breakfasts, fast internet. Secure parking nearby can be arranged for a very reasonable price. A little bit of a walk to the main sights, but with Bolt being so cheap, we just took it everywhere. Amazing cocktails in the bar. It was an oasis of peace and calm, and I would be happy to return anytime.
