Located at 8 St. Location was perfect- we walked home from most dinners or shows at night; for longer distances it was within a few min walk to different underground lines (Charing Cross or Embarkment). Room was an efficient size though perfect for our needs -- comfortable bed and pillows, good quality shower, appreciated the daily refill on water, coffee and snacks, quiet room.. could only hear police car sirens but could not hear any other rooms or regular street noise despite being in a very busy area. All the staff were very friendly and helpful with any questions. Generally tasteful design and aestethics.

The Resident Victoria, located just 300 metres from Buckingham Palace, offers close proximity to a selection of attractions, theatres and landmarks. I notice that the staff were down to earth , pleasant and helpful. By the second day I decided I should stay longer. I also liked the complimentary wine which started the evening. The location could not have been better for food and shopping so the lack of on site restaurant didnt matter .

We are replacing the Thames Foyer with Savoy Lounge. The beautiful new space will seamlessly integrate contemporary style whilst remaining true to our much loved heritage. The staff had the right balance of providing supreme service, where nothing was too much trouble and were mostly preemptive, while still being personable and warm. You can find lovely hotel rooms anywhere, but finding the right staff is obviously the Savoy’s forte.
