Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Location was fantastic and the available food at the restaurant was well above par. Walkable distance from the main high street with F&B well within walking distance. You need to be into cottage-core to enjoy this hotel. If you are, you won't be disappointed. Very accommodating.

And, most importantly, the food. Make sure to go and invite friends or sit solo and enjoy the great love and care they put into their menu, spirits and wine. Start a conversation and you'll quickly realize it's love for these things that makes the place what it is. And a lot of determination of course. If I lived in London this would be a regular spot for me. Checks all the boxes.

The hotel is very well located. Theatres and good restaurants are within walking distance. The rooms are well equipped. There is coffee making facilities and tea making facilities in the room. The style and decoration of the hotel is very unique.

Situated in the heart of London’s theatre district, Covent Garden Hotel is a 5-minute walk from the Royal Opera House, and surrounded by some of London’s best restaurants, bars and nightlife. The Room was utterly gorgeous, beautifully decorated and spacious, it was also very quiet. The shower was super strong especially for the UK. We loves the lounge and library wth it's games and honestly bar, again incredibly decorated with stunning fabrics. The satff coyld not have been more lovely.

We were booked to stay in the Ruby Stella hotel which was more central London but it was unavoidably cancelled and we were offered another room at their sister hotel the Ruby Zoe in Nottinghill with same terms but kindly upgraded to a bigger room. We were given the option of upgrading even further to their biggest room which was superb. I would recommend getting the wow room every time even at the extra cost for the size and views. The check in was efficient and friendly, the rooms clean and spacious and the location to the nearest tube very good with access to 3 different lines. We like the idea of going green and thought it was a nice touch to offer a free drink voucher if we were happy not to have the room cleaned each day. (This is optional) The hotel was well equipped and funky and was a great place to relax at the end of a long day with a nice cocktail.

I have been at the hotel before and each time a good experience. Easy checking service, and room available on time. The room was clean, beds were comfy and area was quiet. Breakfast was good with a wide choice of food.

The location is excellent, and the people working there were very kind and approachable. A great bonus: free tea and coffee.
