We loves the lounge and library wth it's games and honestly bar, again incredibly decorated with stunning fabrics. The satff coyld not have been more lovely.

We were booked to stay in the Ruby Stella hotel which was more central London but it was unavoidably cancelled and we were offered another room at their sister hotel the Ruby Zoe in Nottinghill with same terms but kindly upgraded to a bigger room. We were given the option of upgrading even further to their biggest room which was superb. I would recommend getting the wow room every time even at the extra cost for the size and views. The check in was efficient and friendly, the rooms clean and spacious and the location to the nearest tube very good with access to 3 different lines. We like the idea of going green and thought it was a nice touch to offer a free drink voucher if we were happy not to have the room cleaned each day. (This is optional) The hotel was well equipped and funky and was a great place to relax at the end of a long day with a nice cocktail.

Although no breakfast is included, there is a mini-fridge and a kettle in the room. The room was actually quite spacious and the bed definitely comfortable for 2 people. For some reason I thought this place wouldn't have any staff, however there was always someone at the reception.
