Alessandra and Mandy at reception, and also the man at reception on the day I checked out, were all fantastic. Basically mostly everyone was fab, and the concierge guys are as usual absolutely fantastic, especially the man in the bowler hat (sorry did not get a chance to ask for his name) is such a lovely man. Would stay again in a heartbeat.
