There is a small outdoor terrace and luggage storage space.... Modern hotel with smaller but decent value rooms for the location. We got a free upgrade to a suite and the amenities in the room were great. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Electric black out blinds were a very much appreciated touch

Hotel Café Royal is in the heart of central London. With the hotel situated to the South-West of Mayfair and Soho to the South, the property is positioned on Regent Street, within 1 mile from... The hospitality of the staff during the breakfast. Artful and his colleagues were so friendly and humorous! It made us a pleasant start of the day! The evening room service to check up water supply and tidy again our bedding make us feel warm. Especially my younger daughter brought a puppy with her. The staff placed the puppy in different gesture and beds look so cute and warmly when we got back every night. Due to our early flight ✈️, we couldn't make it to the breakfast. Unexpectedly the breakfast boxes and coffee/milk were delivered so early to our room, even before 👨‍🍳 chefs arrived. How did you make it happen? We will definitely stay here whenever coming back to London!

Staff was extremely helpfull and kind. The room is big, clean and comfortable, location is best. wonderful swimming pool and exelant breakfast.
