In fact i must make a special mention of Abdalla, who was at the front desk at night. I checked into a basic room and found the aircon was not working. On reporting it to Mr. Abdalla, he promptly upgraded me into Deluxe at no charges and gave me the most luxurious room. The promptness of service and warmth was exceptional.
