Amazing hotel! Truly worthy of the five stars. The bedroom is nice, spacious and beautifully decorated. We had a view of the London Eye from our room. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. We were going to the Residence to get drinks in the evening and the ambiance was wonderful. Really private and a great place to relax and have a drink. The bartenders there make a delicious amaretto sour. It is the only hotel we will stay at from now on in London!! Highly recommended it. The hotel location was also extremely convenient to get around and very central.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with thoughtful gestures like sweets and drinks. The staff is incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help, which made us feel at home right away. The hotel is truly luxurious, with stunning and well-thought-out decor. I loved the elegant touches of pink and gold throughout, as well as the marble bathroom, which added such a sophisticated feel. The overall aesthetic of the hotel is absolutely beautiful, and it creates such a relaxing and upscale atmosphere. On top of that, we were upgraded to a better room, which made our experience even more special. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and perfectly equipped for a memorable stay. A special thank you to Poppie, who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Your kindness and care truly made our experience unforgettable. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return on our next visit to London!

Graceful and luxuriant, Pan Pacific London seamlessly combines thoughtful design, innovative wellness offerings, and a variety of dining and drinking options, all conveniently located near Liverpool... It was top notch service, one of the best hotels I have stayed at. The decor is beautifully done, and size of the room are big for British and European standards. Should make it a point to go have high tea and stop by Shiok, the bakery. Both were amazing.

Located at 8 St. Page8 is a nice hotel in one of the best locations in London. I really liked the room, the service, breakfast options and the value for money.

Nastanitev Blackbird s 4 zvezdicami in na izjemni lokaciji v središču mesta London se nahaja v bližini znamenitosti Prirodoslovni muzej London ter Muzej Victoria and Albert Museum. Located just across the street from Earl's Court, it has access to District and Picadilly lines, making it very convenient for visiting London. We loved the room, clearly there is a lot of effort put in every detail. 5-star breakfast, friendly and helpful staff and the room has everything you may need. Highly recommended.

Situated in the West End of London, just a few minutes walk to Covent Garden Piazza and Charing Cross station, the hotel features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi. It was nice to be positively surprised for once. The room turned out to be cleaner than expected (very clean), and better equipped than expected. It also turned out to be larger than expected, certainly way larger than the broom closets (read: «Rooms») of the other London hotels we stayed in so far. The room comes with a wardrobe, there is a section which holds the coffeemaker and fridge and there is even a small balcony. A word of caution before your mind goes all whoolgathering, though, as the balcony faces the backyard, which kind of nippes all romantic thoughs in the proverbial bud. Not facing the street also means a quieter room, however, and quiet it was. We asked for a quiet room when we made our reservation and a quiet room is what we got. There was no breakfast included in our rate, but this being the Strand and Covent-Garden there are numerous restaurants in the neighborhood. To be honest, if you threw a stone it would be difficult not to hit one, if not even two. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and are always on hand whenever you need them. To be honest, it was quite nice to be perceived as a person rather than just a room-number for once. This is not a very large hotel, which also means there are no lines in front of the elevators, nor are they filled to capacity, which is something we also appreciated. If you are heading for breakfast the smell of undigested Doner-Kebap is not always conductive to a healthy appetite. At this point I would like to thank the staff for making our stay the success it was and special thanks to Mandeep and Tommy for their valuable tips, which were not only helpful but also saved us money in the end. Are there better hotels in London? Certainly, but for this price and location what «The Resident» has to offer is hard to beat. We will definitely be back.
