Location and the room is very nice. The staff is super helpful, I asked for help printing some tickets, and they brought them to my room 5 mins later. Lovely! Shower is really comfortable

All the staff are great and any problem they will fix with such professionalism. I would highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Liverpool

I had a problem with electricity in my room where the outlets were not working. They were so fast and nice to get it solved. They have moved me to another one very quickly.
