Luke the GM was so kind , personable and professional. The hotel is in a perfect location quietly tucked away behind a busy street and the beds are so comfy for a more budget hotel. All the staff are great and any problem they will fix with such professionalism. I would highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Liverpool

Great room, there were 4 of us and we were very comfortable in the Bed and Sofa room. All the staff was very helpful and the pool was very nice.

I had a problem with electricity in my room where the outlets were not working. They were so fast and nice to get it solved. They have moved me to another one very quickly.
