Luke the GM was so kind , personable and professional. The hotel is in a perfect location quietly tucked away behind a busy street and the beds are so comfy for a more budget hotel. All the staff are great and any problem they will fix with such professionalism. I would highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Liverpool

Hanover Hotel is in the nightclub district of Liverpool city centre, close to Liverpool Central Rail Station. There are en suite rooms and a lively music bar. We LOVED this accommodation. The location is just PERFECT! You can walk everywhere in town. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and have all you need. The pub downstairs is very cool and we didn't hear the noise in our room. We had a very good sleep every night indeed! We also loved the big and yummy breakfasts in the morning. :)

Great room, there were 4 of us and we were very comfortable in the Bed and Sofa room. All the staff was very helpful and the pool was very nice.

I had a problem with electricity in my room where the outlets were not working. They were so fast and nice to get it solved. They have moved me to another one very quickly.
