The breakfast is just amazing, the rooms are the best I ever saw or almost. I would love that every hotel was like this one.

The Witchery by the Castle offers a range of opulent suites in Edinburgh, each one unique with its own special features. After glamping in a pod in the highlands, we booked The Witchery last minute--couple hours before we checked in--to pamper ourselves and rejuvenate before touring Edinburgh. The guardsman room was spacious with a large hall and three rooms and a bath. Great views outside the windows. The temperature was perfect--many places we stayed we had a hard time regulating this. Heated bathroom floors and a soaker tub perfect for relaxing after walking all day. The Dyson hair dryer came with many attachments including a diffuser for my curly hair! Hair straightener was also available--such a welcome touch! The breakfast had many choices and option to dine in restaurant or eat in sitting room. We chose sitting room and it was delightful. Spread out like royalty! Hotel was very close to shops, food, and the castle we were visiting. The staff held our bags, carried our bags, and helped us take them across the street when checking out. While it was very upscale, the staff were down to earth, professional and friendly. All of the furniture was comfortable and the chilled bottled water and chocolates were a nice touch. Turn down service was available as well.

The gentleman in the concierge have been super helpful and welcoming! The waiters/waitresses in both restaurants were superb and fun to have a chat with! 2) Hotel’s general cleanliness is impeccable and well kept 3) Everything looks and is luxurious 4) The beds are veery comfortable and the room design is amazing (as if you got two rooms) 5) the amenities are of high quality

Overlooking Carlton Hill, Princes Street Gardens and Waverley Station, the 4-star Scotsman Hotel was originally built in 1905. This majestic, listed building was once The Scotsman newspaper. I could not fault anything. the location is prefect, right slam bang in the heart of things, breakfast was superb, as was the food and drink options in the Grand Cafe, which is a Must to go to. We were here for Hogmanay, and optioned for the theme diiner and dance. What an amazing way to entry into the New Year. Highly recommend. Well done to everyone that runs and works in this amazing, stunning hotel. It was a dream come true. Would like to leave a very special mention to Gamzie Welsh and Queenie Costa two amazing young ladies would love to give a big pat on the back for all their hard work and support given to sort out a little mixup. Thank you SO very much and hope to stay here again :)))

Just metres from Holyrood Park, Edinburgh Marriott Hotel Holyrood features an award-winning restaurant and spa. With Edinburgh Castle just a mile away, guests have free WiFi access and large rooms. Am fost cazate mai devreme, chiar daca check-inul începea la 15.00. A fost super, deoarece abia ajunsesem după un drum lung de noapte. Foarte curat. Personalul a fost foarte amabil. Piscina, super ok.
