And above all the service of the concierge is fantastic, Freddy and Burris are great, helping in every small thing , always there to offer you advise, help in booking attractions , taxi, restaurants and more. Great location, near the Opera and Madeline. Small boutique hotel. The rooms were stylish and fun. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were great with a "hi-tech" shower. The front desk staff was very helpful and efficient, both at check-in and at checkout (we left our luggage at the hotel for the day and drove the staff a little crazy, but they remained cool and professional). Breakfast was very good, with the single staff member working very hard to keep the busy breakfast room fully served.
