Originally wasn't sure about staying in the 2nd Arr, but this hotel turned out to be perfect! We were just around the corner from a Metro stop, and within walking distance to several spots like the Palais Garnier and even the Louvre. The hotel was super clean and quiet, and our room was a nice size with a cute balcony. The beds were also super comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was fabulous! Also close to lots of restaurant options.
