Small hotel (9 rooms), aesthetically arranged, very indivual service, familiar atmosphere, very helpfull and carring team (tips regarding restaurants, bike rental and parking, etc.) always in a good mood and available, very obliging. Wonderfull rooms, modern but homelike, comfortable, very quiet (with closed windows, because the area is very lively in the eveing / night), air conditioning, "home made" drink water. Amazing and incredible fresh and delicious breakfast, all the served food is local, day fresh and prepared instantlly right after your order. Very nice area, with lots of restaurants and tapas bars, terraces on the street / crossings, small shops (groceries, fashion, etc.), less motorizied traffic, next to the historical city centre (raillway station, city hall).

Great room and location. Only a short walk from several great places to eat. Very hand to get to the metro that links to the airport. Friendly staff too. Ari con in the room was also greatly appreciated!

Tania was an amazing host and really looked out for us during our stay. Tania was incredibly generous and kind and gave us lots of ideas for our stay in Valencia. The property was in a fantastic location and easily walking distance from central València. The property was extremely clean and facilities were good.

The place is super cute and renewed, very clean, has a comfortable bed, a/c, a nice shower and a small equipped kitchen. Roberto was a kind and attentive host. Totally recommend it!
