The Staff. Moha was at the desk when I arrived and I immediately felt welcome. He was so helpful. Cristina was exceptional. Did so much to make sure everything was ok. Recommended restaurants and tours, she was brilliant. All staff were good, hotel was very clean. I liked the area, close to everything and bus stop in front of hotel.

The space is new and fresh and very spacious! They had all the things you needed - big bath towels, toiletries, even a hair straightener. The dishes were clean and new, had a nice table and chairs and couch as well as two beds. Bathroom is big and new. Very comfortable and nice place to stay. It was convenient for us as we were visiting my husbands family who lived close by and it was very easy to take transit into town - google maps told you exactly what bus or metro stations to take - so many options. The staff were very nice as well. Quick to communicate with you via WhatsApp and helpful answering questions.

He gave us some great tips on where to eat, shop, and explore in Valencia. The flat was exactly as shown in the pictures, with no unpleasant surprises. We highly recommend Arsan's flat to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Valencia. It was probably the best "working" flat we've ever been to. Esther is absolutely lovely and was very helpful and kind. The property is very clean and tidy with everything provided that you need. It felt like a home away from home. Amazing value for money!
