The dishes were clean and new, had a nice table and chairs and couch as well as two beds. Bathroom is big and new. Very comfortable and nice place to stay. It was convenient for us as we were visiting my husbands family who lived close by and it was very easy to take transit into town - google maps told you exactly what bus or metro stations to take - so many options. The staff were very nice as well. Quick to communicate with you via WhatsApp and helpful answering questions.

We highly recommend Arsan's flat to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Valencia. It was probably the best "working" flat we've ever been to.
