Wonderfull rooms, modern but homelike, comfortable, very quiet (with closed windows, because the area is very lively in the eveing / night), air conditioning, "home made" drink water. Amazing and incredible fresh and delicious breakfast, all the served food is local, day fresh and prepared instantlly right after your order. Very nice area, with lots of restaurants and tapas bars, terraces on the street / crossings, small shops (groceries, fashion, etc.), less motorizied traffic, next to the historical city centre (raillway station, city hall).
