The apartment is very new and clean, which makes you feel like home. There is even a small balcony, which is not so common with hotels in Valencia. It’s also quite easy to go to the old town or the beach with public transportation. Ana is also super nice and attentive!

Ana was incredibly kind, understanding and helpful. we unfortunately experienced a flight delay however Ana still welcomed us and was generous with her time and knowledge. The apartment was very homely with everything you could possibly need. our children loved playing with the toys and felt so comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped and we really appreciated the additional things for cooking in the kitchen such as oil, salt and herbs. I would absolutely recommend Ana’s apartment, we loved it.

I was really speechless after entering the apartment. It was way more bigger than I ever expected and very very clean but cosy. Excellent big kitchen with a dishwasher (which is quite uncommon in Spain), excellent WIFI, two big bathrooms and three bedrooms, way more than we actually needed. Personally I loved the Patraix neighbourhood with a galeteria and a small supermercado within two minutes walk and a metro station nearby. It's about half an hour walking to the city centre, which I would definitely recommend to do so.
