We loved the place! It's brand new and well decorated which makes it a cozy and comfortable place to stay. It is very clean and it has everything you need. They provide you with free bikes that makes it easy to go to the beach and the city centre and the city is also at walking distance. Supermarket is around the corner and there is free parking in the area which was amazing for us during our roadtrip! I would definitely recommend the place and I would stay here again on my next visit.

The hosts were excellent. Very nice and polite, gave a lot of hints for Valencia. The apartment was fully equipped with everything you would need for a week stay. The parking availability is a positive note also since we used a rental car. The soundproof of the windows could be better, but I can't say it ruined our experience, taking into account all the positive aspects stated above. The attitude of the hosts was really highly appreciated and neglects any negative experience if any...
