This apartment makes me feel home away from home. Very chic design and you have everything you need. From small touch like detergent for the washing machine to a supermarket next door and a grocery store opposite the apartment. I feel like I can experience living like a local, I can walk out in the evening and see locals hang out, play in the park, families having a meal or relax together. And it's only 3-5 mins walk to the nearest bus/metro station. But what really sets this place apart is the staff with excellent customer service. wanted to book an additional evening and contacted them less than 24 hours before. They assisted me promptly and accommodated my payment mode! Whenever I have a question or issue, I can just send them a Whatsapp message and they answer right away. Amazing and it makes me feel safe & comfortable as a foreign tourist in Valencia!

A recently renovated property, NEW BEACH flats VALENCIA is situated in Valencia near Playa de las Arenas, Malvarrosa Beach and Puerto de Valencia. Beautiful flat. Excellent location. Short walk to beach, metro and supermarket. Host was incredibly friendly and hugely helpful with any issues throughout my four days there. Speaks excellent English too. Great value for money and would 100% stay again. Would recommend to anyone coming to visit Valencia at anytime of the year.

The Damia Bonet Residence Hall offers well-priced studios with private kitchen and bathroom close to Valencia University. They have air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. Great residence with cafeteria working for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Also a nice game room and a gym, plus the laundry room. Excellent choice for long stay. The cleaning crew does amazing job cleaning the rooms 😊
