If you're staying for long term - Mercadona is very close, so you can buy all you need (capsules for washing machine and dishwasher, bread, fruits, capsules for coffee machine...) I recommend also buy water for drinking and cooking, cause water is highly chlorinated (on my opinion) The neighbourhood is very quiet and calm (even at New Year's eve:), so you wouldn't bothered.

The slipers are mandatory, especially if you visit in the cold weather like us(january) The heat is assured by an Air conditioner who is functioning more in the bed area and less in the living/kitchen area.
