Staff where excellent especially Cristina on reception who went above & beyond on her level of service. When we where checking in I dropped a bowl we had bought as a memento by our daughter. Cristina & Victor took the trouble to have it repaired and delivered to our room at no cost. On this trip we stayed at 16 different hotels in the USA, Canada, Portugal, Spain and Japan, this was by far the best!

Set in a restored palace, URSO Hotel & Spa, a Small Luxury Hotel of the World is 5 minutes’ walk from Alonso Martínez Metro Station. It offers elegant rooms, free WiFi, a spa and gym. The staff were amazing. All were knowledgeable and friendly. They took great care of all the guests. The property was beautiful and well looked after. I could not fault it at all

Located in Madrid city centre, 250 metres from Tribunal Metro Station, Eurostars Central is a modern hotel with an on-site fitness centre and bar. The location was awesome, close to everything. Also there's a metro station almost in same block. Hotel is like the photos, clean and confortable.

Room Mate Oscar is a stylish hotel located in central Madrid, between Gran Via and the Chueca district. It offers free Wi-Fi, rooms with flat-screen TVs and a rooftop bar. Very friendly people, central location, the pool is quite small but nice when it's hot outside. Good food at the pool. The rooms and beds are comfortable and clean. Despite the central location and the rooftop bar the room was really quiet, no noise from outside.

ITC Infantas by Soho Boutique is situated metres from Madrid’s Gran Via, surrounded by the restaurants and bars of the popular Chueca District. It offers free Wi-Fi in all areas. I recently stayed at this centrally located hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff at the reception were incredibly nice and made me feel welcome right from the start. They were also very responsive to any needs I had during my stay. The room was spacious and featured a large bathroom, both of which added to the overall comfort. The bed was very nice, ensuring a good night's sleep. I was also impressed with the level of cleanliness throughout the hotel. Overall, I had a great stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Located in the lively Chueca district in the centre of Madrid, Petit Palace Chueca is set in a traditional 19th-century mansion. The famous Gran Via is just 25 metres away. Teresa is an amazing person and staff member that we had a pleasure of having her to answer all are questions and inquiries. She is very helpful!!
