The staff on the reception is really polite and helpful, they tell you everything you need to know right when you arrive (like which floors you have access to and etc.). Service is great overall! They offer a wide variety of food for breakfast and there's even some gluten free options. You don't have to fight for a table since there's someone who assigns them. Good quality and many options to chose from. Very high level of security, the elevators can only be activated with your room card which prevents anyone else from getting up. You have unlimited access to the 360 skybar, of course the drinks aren't free but that is expected. The view from the bar is amazing and the prices are reasonable. The rooms are in great shape and have no problems at all. The hotel is very clean in general, the staff is extremely polite and helpful, the food is great. 5/5 i would definitely stay here again.
