The best part of the hotel is the staff . They are some of the best people I have seen managing the property(very friendly) . Room size is just okaish but the bed is very comfortable.

Ideally situated in the Centro district of Madrid, Woohoo Rooms Hortaleza is situated 1 km from Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum, 400 metres from Gran Via and 2 km from El Retiro Park. The staff was absolutely excellent! Really friendly and always available (Iliana, the cuban cleaning lady, is a wonderful person! She made our mornings everyday! Great energy). The place was really clean, spotless. Finally, I must say that the location is perfect as it is in the main center of Madrid.

Ideally located in the centre of Madrid, Room Mate Alba offers air-conditioned rooms, a fitness centre, free WiFi and a bar. This 4-star hotel offers a 24-hour front desk and a concierge service. We loved this hotel! Location 10/10. Can't think of a better location for tourists in Madrid. Staff 10/10. They were super friendly and helpful! Bed 10/10. Our room had a king sized bed with quality pillows, sheets etc. Great shower. Great water pressure and temperature range. Great breakfast. Breads, fruits, cereals, churros, Nutella, etc etc. I did not have the breakfast included, but paid extra once for it. Also, they serve breakfast until noon, which is great! Clean room with air conditioner (I visited it during summer).

The VP Plaza España Design 5-star hotel is located on Gran Vía, right in the heart of Madrid, offering parking and a wellness center. The staff were excellent, were friendly, informative, helpful and attentive. Room was most comfortable. Conveniently located to the most favoured Tourist attraction.
