This accommodation has exceeded my expectations. The room was big and really comfortable and the location was awesome. Additionally, the team was extremely friendly from the first contact until the checkout. Really recommended!

Very nice room and bathroom, amazing breakfast with a lot of variety until 14h00, and most importantly super friendly and helpful staff, Ammar was absolutely amazing.

Only YOU Boutique Hotel Madrid is a 4-star boutique hotel set in a beautifully restored 19th-century palace. The hotel is situated in a very conveninet location as well as a lovely area. Lots of lovely restaurants close by. We walked everywhere in Madrid, no need for a taxi. Superb room, quiet and very comfortable. Staff were excellent and very friendly.

I Forgot to Take My shirt with me When I was check out and but for their Colleagues Help me to send my shirt back with my DHL account and always answer to my emails very quickly! Amazing Customer Service although I only stay there for 1 night.
