Situated in Granada, 200 metres from San Juan de Dios Museum, Shine Albayzín features a tour desk and free WiFi throughout the property. The studio rooms are fantastic, some of the best rooms we’ve ever had at the price range, and really worth to pay the upgrade from a double. The regular doubles are not so interesting, but the building itself is also worth the stay.

Located in Granadas old town, this charming hotel has been lovingly refurbished from a beautiful, historical town house. The hotel itself is beautiful, and is an amazing option for being right in the Albaicin BUT with convenient parking! The highlight though without a doubt has to be the host... Ingo gives attention to all guests to make you truly feel at home. We had a limited time in Granada and he went over with us detailed suggestions for a possible walking route to take, places to eat, and directions on how to get to the Alhambra for our morning tour (when he spotted a potential discrepancy in our palace entry time and our tour guide's meeting time, he immediately took the initiative and called the tour company for us to clear it up). For those who worry about arriving in the Albaicin by car, the directions to the parking are excellent (even including a short video) and while the streets are a bit narrow, the parking garage itself is spacious and very comfortable to park in. As others have mentioned, the bus to the Alhambra is very simple to navigate, and leaves just 15 meters away from the hotel. (Ingo recommends taking the bus there and then walking back--wise advice so that you're fresh and ready for a lengthy tour, but can still enjoy the pleasant park and streets on the return route). Another highlight is the hotel's welcoming attitude towards those who have checked out but need a place to leave luggage and even rest up with some tea/fresh lemonade before actual departure. Aside from all this praise, we found the hotel services to all be excellent--a comfortable bed, a very clean bathroom, a tasty breakfast (with the option of a picnic breakfast for those who have an early booked Alhambra tour...). All in all an excellent choice for a Granada stay. And thank you again Ingo for making our visit such a delight!

Ideally situated in the Albaicin district of Granada, Hotel Casa 1800 Granada is situated 500 metres from Paseo de los Tristes, a few steps from San Juan de Dios Museum and 600 metres from San Nicolas... Very good location. The tea time offered to guests is a real plus after visiting.

Casa del Capitel Nazarí is a 16th-century palace in Granada’s Medieval Moorish quarter of Albayzín. It has an ornate Andalusian courtyard and offers rooms with free Wi-Fi and cable TV. the location was perfect to explore the city. Very central.

The 16th-century Palacio De Santa Ines, set in the Unesco World Heritage Albayzín district, is 5 minutes’ walk from Granada Cathedral. Well located. Had a room with the view of the Alhambra which added to the experience. The breakfast was very good value and recommended. All the staff were very friendly. Comfortable beds. Interesting history.

This converted 16th-century Franciscan convent is located in Granada’s Old Town, next to the River Darro. The room, the style of the room and the patio (you feel like you are in anoter period of time). The staff are so kind and nice and lovely

Hotel Macià Plaza is located in central Granada’s Plaza Nueva, just below the Alhambra. It offers a 24-hour front desk and modern, air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi and flat-screen TVs. The location is perfect!! Close to the main attractions. The view from the window was amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean.

Hotel Plaza Nueva is situated in central Granada’s Plaza Nueva, metres from the Alhambra, and the amazing Albayzín district. This hotel had everything we needed. Comfortable bed and pillows, spacious room, with a mini fridge, nice fragrant Rituals branded soap, conditioner and hand lotion. We thought that the complementary coffee in the lobby was a nice touch. This hotel is centrally located, so it is to be expected to have some noise, if your room is located on the street side. The front desk staff was pleasant and helpful. We would return!
