We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful historic property. Location is great, within walking distance to most places within the historic center as well as many restaurants. Rooms were spacious and beds extremely comfortable. Breakfast was also great, and served on their terrace with a view of the Virgin statue. Staff were nice, and helped us to organize taxis when needed. WiFi was also really good. We would have happily stayed here longer, and would stay again!

The hotel and building was quaint and charming. Lucia and the staff were so accommodating and friendly and go out of their way for whatever you need. The location is great, just a block or two from all the main sites. We always felt safe and enjoyed being able to pop into our room whenever we needed a break from touring. Breakfast, along with Lucia's explanations of juices and Ecuadorian traditions, was fabulous. We were very satisfied with our stay at Casa Hotel Las Plazas and would stay again if we ever go back. Thank you Lucia!
