Everything was really good, specially the attention that we get from Gloria and Hernan, they made us feel at home and helped us with every detail of the trip, including an excellent tour around the historical center by Hernan, who knows a lot of history of the city and the Ecuadorian culture. The Hotel is good located, it is in a quiet traditional neighborhood within the historical center and we felt safe during our stay. We highly recommend this Hotel and their hosts.

The breakfasts were great, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel is well located, in the heart of the old town.
