The location is amazing, in the middle of the forest We went for dinner in the restaurant and everything was delicious, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are cozy and very clean. We were there for just one night as a stop in our road trip but we are definitely coming back!

The staff is soooooo nice, they actually read your mind. The room was spotless clean, the bed comfy. The view to the castle amazing. The terasse full of flowers. The location right in the old city center, at the most important bergbahn station. I will visit here again!.

Clean, Friendly staffs , they provide food request for people with allergies and most specially they returned my Wedding Ring that I left in the Hotel,they initiated to send mail, thank you so much Hotel Goldenerfalke , you can trust the Staffs , Its Safe. Khách sạn 3 sao này có vị trí ngoạn mục trên một ngọn đồi nhìn ra thẳng ra Lâu đài Heidelberg. We loved the location atop a hill with beautiful views of Heidelberg & the Neckar River below. The fanicular into town is just 50 meters from the hotel. The room was beautifully arranged with comfy beds and views over the valley. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was very good. The entire staff was very nice & helpful. On-Parking was plentiful. Will definately stay here again during our next visit to Heidelberg.
