It was a perfect stay. The staff is soooooo nice, they actually read your mind. The room was spotless clean, the bed comfy. The view to the castle amazing. The terasse full of flowers. The location right in the old city center, at the most important bergbahn station. I will visit here again!.

The Hotel is situated directly in the old city and tourist attractions,you can just walk to groceries, shops, spa & wellness massage , churches, Nacker River , Restos & Bars and more. Hotel Rooms, Beds , Food is defintely worth the Prices. Clean, Friendly staffs , they provide food request for people with allergies and most specially they returned my Wedding Ring that I left in the Hotel,they initiated to send mail, thank you so much Hotel Goldenerfalke , you can trust the Staffs , Its Safe. Book this Hotel ! No Regrets!

Este hotel de 4 estrellas goza de una ubicación excepcional, sobre una colina con vistas directas al castillo de Heidelberg. We loved the location atop a hill with beautiful views of Heidelberg & the Neckar River below. The fanicular into town is just 50 meters from the hotel. The room was beautifully arranged with comfy beds and views over the valley. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was very good. The entire staff was very nice & helpful. On-Parking was plentiful. Will definately stay here again during our next visit to Heidelberg.

It was in a great location . Our room had a balcony with a view of the river which was great ! The staff was very friendly and very helpful 😊
