The staff were super friendly and helpful. They made us feel very welcome there. When we accidentally left a smartphone behind in the lounge area, they found it for us and kept it safe. The lounge area itself was very cozy and a nice place to relax with a drink or some ice-cream after a long day. Our room was just as described. The beds were comfortable and everything was spotless.

Although it was a short one-night stay at the Super 8 by Wyndham Hamburg Mitte, me and my partner had an enjoyable experience. The rooms were clean and well organised and we had everything we needed. Drinks and food was available at reception, so it pretty much covered all our expectations of a nice hotel and stay. Also, check-out at 12 o'clock is a huge advantage!
