The Park Hotel am Berliner Tor offers soundproofed rooms, free WiFi in all areas. Hamburg Main Station is 3 minutes away by city rail. Location- 2 min away from the subway and tram station Berliner Tor. It's only one station from Hamburg Central Station or 2 stops until the Old Town Hall. The rooms were clean, warm. The bed was very comfortable. The cleaning is made each day, if you request it. It's definetely a 4 stars hotel. We didn't try breakfast, as there are plenty of choices outside.

The hosts were more than accommodating as we had some luggage issues when we arrived in Germany, and they gave us many possible local solutions to help us. After getting a flat tire upon arrival, we were without a vehicle and had nowhere to put belongings when we needed to check out. Hosts allowed us to store our items in the storage room while we passed the time until our car was ready to pick up.

This property was way better than expected and next time I’m visiting friends in Hamburg or going to a party at the Kiez i’ll definitely stay here again. It was kind of expensive for one night and one person however since it’s pretty much in the center of the city the price is actually very good compared to other properties. The owner of the apartment was also very helpful and nice and responded to questions very fast.
