The lounge area itself was very cozy and a nice place to relax with a drink or some ice-cream after a long day. Our room was just as described. The beds were comfortable and everything was spotless.

Drinks and food was available at reception, so it pretty much covered all our expectations of a nice hotel and stay. Also, check-out at 12 o'clock is a huge advantage!

The hosts were more than accommodating as we had some luggage issues when we arrived in Germany, and they gave us many possible local solutions to help us. After getting a flat tire upon arrival, we were without a vehicle and had nowhere to put belongings when we needed to check out. Hosts allowed us to store our items in the storage room while we passed the time until our car was ready to pick up.
