This hotel is located in the heart of Düsseldorf city centre. The Wellem, in The Unbound Collection by Hyatt offers a fitness centre, 24-hour reception. Lovely staff, room was exactly what we needed. The washer/drier in the bathroom was really useful when we got soaked in rain showers one day. The bar was really nice also, great cocktail menu and the staff were excellent.

The customer service is incredible. The manager is doing its best to consider your requests. The cleaning team member is nice, polite, and professional.

Hotel AltDüsseldorf jest dogodnie położony w samym sercu Starego Miasta w Düsseldorfie. The friendly staff who helped with everything, the clean and renovated bathroom, and the good breakfast. But the best part is the location of the hotel. It is within walking distance of all the Christmas markets and shopping malls. It is in the area where most of the cafes and bars are located.

W okolicy znajdują się ciekawe miejsca takie jak: Muzeum Kunsthalle ( 300 m), Kommödchen ( 200 m), Church of St. The location is perfect if you want to be in the middle of the old town! It’s literally around the corner. If you keep your window closed, there is barely any noticeable noise from the street. The staff was super helpful. We arrived before check-in, but were able to stall our luggage in their office near the train station.
