This hotel is located in the heart of Düsseldorf city centre. The Wellem, in The Unbound Collection by Hyatt offers a fitness centre, 24-hour reception. Lovely staff, room was exactly what we needed. The washer/drier in the bathroom was really useful when we got soaked in rain showers one day. The bar was really nice also, great cocktail menu and the staff were excellent.

The customer service is incredible. The manager is doing its best to consider your requests. The cleaning team member is nice, polite, and professional.

This hotel is situated in the Old Town district of Düsseldorf, just steps from the Burgplatz square. It offers comfortable rooms and a free breakfast buffet each morning. I had an excellent stay. The hotel in right in the middle of the old town. The staff are very nice and helpful. The room is clean and bed is confortable. The breakfast was great, so many choices and the service was nice. Great price for the room overall

This hotel is ideally located between the famous Königsallee shopping street and the Old Town of Dusseldorf, just around the corner from a U-Bahn (underground) station. Very nice place at the heart of Düsseldorf. Great staff which helped me a lot when I needed. Also great location and vibes for Christmas

The friendly staff who helped with everything, the clean and renovated bathroom, and the good breakfast. But the best part is the location of the hotel. It is within walking distance of all the Christmas markets and shopping malls. It is in the area where most of the cafes and bars are located.

Well located in the Altstadt district of Düsseldorf, Victoria Hotel is set 300 metres from Kunsthalle Düsseldorf, 200 metres from Kom(m)ödchen and 100 metres from Church of St. Andreas. The location is perfect if you want to be in the middle of the old town! It’s literally around the corner. If you keep your window closed, there is barely any noticeable noise from the street. The staff was super helpful. We arrived before check-in, but were able to stall our luggage in their office near the train station.
