The customer service is incredible. The manager is doing its best to consider your requests. The cleaning team member is nice, polite, and professional.

This hotel is situated in the Old Town district of Düsseldorf, just steps from the Burgplatz square. It offers comfortable rooms and a free breakfast buffet each morning. I had an excellent stay. The hotel in right in the middle of the old town. The staff are very nice and helpful. The room is clean and bed is confortable. The breakfast was great, so many choices and the service was nice. Great price for the room overall

This hotel is ideally located between the famous Königsallee shopping street and the Old Town of Dusseldorf, just around the corner from a U-Bahn (underground) station. The situation, but at night we left the hotel because it was full of bitxos/garrapatas. The fatal owner, the reception girl tried to help us find a new hotel. La situacio. Aquest hotel ofereix una ubicació excel·lent, al cor del nucli antic de Düsseldorf, i molt bones comunicacions amb transport públic, que el converteixen en el lloc ideal per descobrir la ciutat. The friendly staff who helped with everything, the clean and renovated bathroom, and the good breakfast. But the best part is the location of the hotel. It is within walking distance of all the Christmas markets and shopping malls. It is in the area where most of the cafes and bars are located.

Well located in the Altstadt district of Düsseldorf, Victoria Hotel is set 300 metres from Kunsthalle Düsseldorf, 200 metres from Kom(m)ödchen and 100 metres from Church of St. Andreas. The location is perfect if you want to be in the middle of the old town! It’s literally around the corner. If you keep your window closed, there is barely any noticeable noise from the street. The staff was super helpful. We arrived before check-in, but were able to stall our luggage in their office near the train station.
