The Apart Hotel Ferdinand Berlin is located just a direct 25-minute tram ride from Alexanderplatz. WiFi and a hotel car park are available. All the staff was very friendly. The breakfast buffet was very good and everything offered was fresh. There was enough parking. It's an affordable hotel in an area of Berlin that has few hotel offerings.

This family-run hotel offers an outdoor pool, free Wi-Fi and free parking. The M4 tram stops just 200 metres away and runs to Alexanderplatz Square in 20 minutes. Extremely friendly staff, large room with fridge, very good wifi and simple, but nice and tasty, breakfast. It has a 5 minutes walk tram stop, that connects directly to Alexanderplatz.

There are 2 rooms, a small kitchen and a bathroom. Access to the flat is via a rather steep staircase. The furnishings are of high quality and in the kitchen you will find all the necessary utensils and also coffee and tea. There was a nice treat in the fridge for guests. Access by code at the door. The neighbourhood is quiet and access to the centre is by tram, whose stop is a few minutes on foot. There are parks and lakes nearby including the interesting house of the architect Mies van der Rohe, which can be visited for free.

This hotel in the Lichtenberg district of Berlin offers modern rooms. The famous Alexanderplatz square is a 15-minute tram ride away. The room was quiet and very comfortable, the bed was really good! One bonus for this Hostel is the Guest Kitchen! Its location is not central, but the public transportation is good. Lot of restaurants and shopping opportunities nearby.
