It is a very nice and pleasant place. There are 2 rooms, a small kitchen and a bathroom. Access to the flat is via a rather steep staircase. The furnishings are of high quality and in the kitchen you will find all the necessary utensils and also coffee and tea. There was a nice treat in the fridge for guests. Access by code at the door. The neighbourhood is quiet and access to the centre is by tram, whose stop is a few minutes on foot. There are parks and lakes nearby including the interesting house of the architect Mies van der Rohe, which can be visited for free.

Bathroom had enough toilet paper for 6 days, shower was also clean. Tv worked, door codes worked.. M5 tram was just few steps away, going to Alexanderplatz literally took less than 25 minutes.
