The furnishings are of high quality and in the kitchen you will find all the necessary utensils and also coffee and tea. There was a nice treat in the fridge for guests. Access by code at the door. The neighbourhood is quiet and access to the centre is by tram, whose stop is a few minutes on foot. There are parks and lakes nearby including the interesting house of the architect Mies van der Rohe, which can be visited for free.
