Well set in the center of Shanghai, OPARTMENT（远东饭店） provides air-conditioned rooms, a terrace, free WiFi and a bar. Our stay at Opartment by Far East was absolutely wonderful! Traveling with young children can be challenging, but this accommodation made our experience so much smoother and more enjoyable. They accommodated to 2 extra rooms at very last minute notice because our previous accommodation was horrendous. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and impeccably clean. The fully-equipped kitchen was perfect for preparing meals for the kids, and the daily cleaning service ensured we could relax after a busy day exploring. The location was unbeatable—close to key attractions like Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street, the Bund, and People’s Square. Everything we needed was within walking distance, including family-friendly restaurants and a convenience store a few steps away from the hotel A special mention to the staff who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Their kindness and attention to detail, from helping with luggage to providing local tips, truly set this property apart. We can’t recommend Opartment enough for families or anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and well-located place to stay in Shanghai. Thank you for making our trip so memorable—we’ll definitely return!

The Peninsula Shanghai is a true benchmark. A grand and classy hotel. Beautifully appointed rooms with amazing views. But the actual 'treasure' is the Peninsula team: attentive, professional, kind and truly caring. I will be back.

Waldorf Astoria Shanghai brings elegance and glamor to the Bund with its luxurious rooms, fine dining options and True Waldorf Service. The location is superb! Just at the famous the bund. The room’s amenities are good. The shower, shampoo, conditioner are using the branded products. The charging sockets got USB points very convenient for electronic devices. The toilet mirror got tv inside. That is cool! I was staying at 10th floor there was view of the bund from the room already.
