The receptionist Pujie was exceptionally very nice, my son forgot his phone in the taxi and the hotel staff checked their entrance camera to get the taxi number but because it was dark they couldn’t, Pujie called the taxi company but they couldn’t trace the taxi driver. The next morning Puji went with me to the police station to get the taxi driver number plate me helped get the phone back. The staff are very helpful and nice.

It was very clean and modern. Our room was large and had a small kitchenette with stove and microwave. The hotel gym was really big with a lot or equipment. Best hotel gym I’ve used.

Guangzhou Huaerda Hotel is located in Baiyun District, just 200 metres from Renhe Metro Station (Line 3). Located on floors 4-5, the air-conditioned rooms come with free wired internet. Room was huge and beds were incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of local dishes. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
