The receptionist Pujie was exceptionally very nice, my son forgot his phone in the taxi and the hotel staff checked their entrance camera to get the taxi number but because it was dark they couldn’t, Pujie called the taxi company but they couldn’t trace the taxi driver. The next morning Puji went with me to the police station to get the taxi driver number plate me helped get the phone back. The staff are very helpful and nice.

He even agreed to help us call a taxi driver to see if the bag was in the taxi. He was very empathetic, and he was very candid about where he thinks the bag was. So, without giving up, we contacted a taxi driver, and we were able to actually retrieve the bag in the trunk, despite what the taxi driver had said initially. Because of Galen, it made the rest of us stay a lot more memorable. He even went out of his way to be personable as well, and this is the kind of experience we look for in a high-end hotel. A personalized help. And because of this experience, we look forward to coming back and staying at this hotel in the future.
