The receptionist Pujie was exceptionally very nice, my son forgot his phone in the taxi and the hotel staff checked their entrance camera to get the taxi number but because it was dark they couldn’t, Pujie called the taxi company but they couldn’t trace the taxi driver. The next morning Puji went with me to the police station to get the taxi driver number plate me helped get the phone back. The staff are very helpful and nice.

מלון גואנגזו הונג אן (Fengyue Light Shang Hotel Guangzhou Baiyun Airport Store) ממוקם ברובע באיון (Baiyun), במרחק של 200 מטרים בלבד מתחנת המטרו רנהה (Renhe) (קו 3). Room was huge and beds were incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of local dishes. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
