Attractively located in the city centre, Moxy Lausanne City features air-conditioned rooms, a bar and free WiFi. The property is non-smoking and is situated 1.4 km from Palais de Beaulieu. Breakfast was included, not a big range, but all good for me. Then I sat outside, which was nice.

Located directly in the centre of Lausanne, this modern, completely non-smoking hotel is only a 10-minute walk away from the train station. Well, it's IBIS---so, it's IBIS standard: basic but good.

The Hôtel de la Paix is located in the heart of Lausanne, enjoying one of the best locations in the city and magnificently overlooking Lake Geneva and the Alps. I was elated to experience such good service, after disappointing stays in Geneva. Staff was very professional, answering all my questions and requests with a gracious attitude. The room was large, very clean and the linens were crisp, like new. I had a top floor room, overlooking the yard, so no noise from anywhere. I had a fridge and a water kettle, all in excellent condition, which is not always the case. The area is great for shopping and getting groceries at the Coop, such as cheese, fruits, even roast chicken. The Cathedral is nearby, and the excellent Metro takes you all the way to Ouchy, for many activities, including a boat trip in Lake Léman.

The Swiss Wine by Fassbind faces the Lausanne's impressive Gothic Cathedral and is only a few steps away from the city's major shopping district. This accommodation's facilities are more than our expectations. The most spacious room ever we stayed in Europe at this price. They provided free wifi, a kettle, hangers, and a large bathroom. If you want to visit those historical spots in Lausanne, I think this is the best option you can get as there is the train station right outside of this hotel and some churches are within walking distance. Services from the front desk can speak different languages which is remarkable. They also can help you to microwave the things you bought even though you are not booking with breakfast options.

In a quiet location in the centre of Lausanne, only a 2-minute walk from the main train station, Palmiers by Fassbind is surrounded by a tropical garden and offers 2 restaurants, a sauna, a steam... Very large modern room with very comfortable beds. Love that they had coat hooks! Great location close to train station (which is why we chose it) and old town.

The Hotel Continental was originally built for the 1964 Swiss National Exhibition in Lausanne and was recently refurbished, modernized and enlarged. Excellent emergency reservation! Thank you!
