The staff was friendly, courteous and very helpful. We arrived before the checkin time and our room was ready and happily we were given an upgrade. The room was spotless and well appointed and the bed was very comfortable. The continental breakfast delivered to our room was just enough to begin the day and the hotel graciously accommodated my request for a gluten free option. After checkout, the hotel stored our luggage until our departure to the airport. The hotel helped make our stay in Montreal very enjoyable. Highly recommend this boutique hotel!

Great location in Old Montreal - could walk to main attractions, restaurants etc. Also close to Metro to go further afield. Beautifully decorated building, very helpful and friendly staff, loved the great coffee available anytime.

The hotel is perfectly located next to the main attractions and very close to the old port, we didn't need to use transportation during our stay. It's a 3 stars hotel but it defintely seems like a 4 stars, everything was just amazing! The staff was very nice with us and our baby and satisifed all our requests (extra bed, high chair..), the room was very nice and comfortable and we loved breakfast and dinner! Bes stay in our road trip in Canada :)

Located just 4 minutes’ walk from the Notre Dame Basilica, this Old Montreal hotel features an on-site restaurant and private terrace or balcony in certain rooms. I loved the French ambience and the welcome Champagne. I would love to visit for a longer time.
